With an increased focus on health, regarding the current state of our population right now, I decided it was time to start taking daily vitamins. One downside to this product is that it does not allow me to reach the daily recommended dose of Vitamin C which is 1000mg unless I have 4 capsules. In my opinion, this is too many per day and I would have appreciated a more concentrated product. I suppose this may be the price to pay to have an all natural supplement straight from the Acerola Cherry Tree.
I can’t necessarily testify to the efficacy of them as I’m not sure if I have been exposed to any illnesses, but what I can tell you is that I haven’t been sick once since taking them. Perhaps this means that this natural Vitamin C is very effective. I feel that my skin is also looking more calm and less irritated. For these reasons accompanied by the affordability, I will be repurchasing.
