Product overview (with efficacy & Satisfaction):

The Holland and Barrett Maximum Strength Triple Omega 369 is meant to be a complete fish oil supplement, comprised of omega 3, 6 and 9 with starflower and flaxseed oils which give an added boost of Vitamin E. Fish oil is supposed to be really helpful for the whole body, describing benefits of heart health, eye health and joint health.

With a price of £19.99 and many good reviews, I decided to add this product to my supplement regime. Choosing the Holland and Barrett Maximum Strength Triple Omega 369 over other branded fish oils was also relatively easy considering this one also has Omega 6 and 9 rather than just Omega 3. After taking this supplement for 2 weeks, I am noticing far less aching in my joints which prior to taking this, had been a daily annoyance. On that token, I will continue taking these capsules and also recommend them to others.

If I had to rate the Holland and Barrett Maximum Strength Triple Omega 369 out of 5, I would give them a 4. The loss of a star is on the basis that the capsules are very large and difficult to swallow as well as the plastic packaging being rather wasteful (the bottle appeared to be half full when concealed due to the bottle being too large).
